Shipping Policy

Your orders will be shipped by UPS, FedEx or USPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after an item is shipped. Standard domestic shipping rates apply.

We are not responsible for the delay of shipping due to weather, accidents, or mistakes done by any postal service (including damages, scratches, and undeliverable address). We are also not responsible for stolen or lost packages.

Every order that we ship, a tracking number is emailed to you for that order. Please check your email 2-3 days after you place the order to make sure you have received the tracking number. You can log on to the concerned carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package. The tracking number provides a way to keep on top of the shipping progress of your package and also to get the estimated delivery date for your package.

Due to security reasons, please be sure that an authorized adult will be at the shipping address given to sign for your package within the estimated arrival period.

If no one is home to receive the package, your local carrier driver may leave the item at your doorstep area or the driver may hold onto the package for a second delivery attempt. If you know in advance that you will not be home to personally receive the package, you may leave a signed note for the carrier driver to make alternative arrangements.

If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hotel, hospital, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order.

does the Flat Shipping Rate applies to All States?

No the Flat Shipping Rate does not apply to Alaska & Hawai. Depending upon the order amount, we do offer the flat shipping rate to these states too.
