Customers are responsible for the RETURN shipping charges ONLY. Exceptions: all express outbound shipping fees including, but not limited to, next day air, 2nd day air, 3rd air are non-refundable.

Refund credit will be issued only to the card used in the original transaction. No cash reimbursements will be made. In the case of a money order or a personal/business check mailed-in with the order, our company check will be sent by postal mail.

Exchanges for equal or greater value merchandise will be considered.
replacement policy for defective products
We ship every thing new, but if somehow there is a problem with the product, we will happily replace it with a brand new one. We will also send you a prepaid label to send the defective items back to us. Any defect or damage should be reported to us with in 7 days of delivery of item. If defect or damage is not reported to us with in 7 days of delivery then customer is responsible for sending the lighter directly to manufacturer for repair. Item send to us after the 7 day deadline will either be returned to Customer or will be charged the cost of repairing the item. If item is being returned to customer, Customer will be charged for the shipping cost(s) of returning the merchandise back to them.

In the unlikely event you are required to return a product to LightersX.com follow these instructions:
1. Contact us to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. An RMA is required to process a return. Returns without authorization are subject to refusal .
2. Bleed the tank. Do not ship lighter with gas.
3. Carefully repackage the product in the manufacturer's original packaging, making sure to include all parts and paperwork. Missing paperwork or parts will result in extra charge. You may be required to place the manufacturer's box in a sturdier, shipping quality box.
4. Return the product via UPS or other insured shipping provider. It is recommended that you insure the package and obtain a tracking number as LightersX.com is not responsible for loss or damage to merchandise that is being returned. Please insure the package for your purchase price.
5. Place a shipping label on the box and return the product to the address given below. Please remember to include your RMA number on the shipping label. Do not write directly on the manufacturer's box- please use a shipping label so that the box may be reused. A box replacement charge will apply if the box is written upon.
6) Any prepaid label send by us does not carry insurance, if you want to insure the package you will have to incur the cost.
